Job Description
As a Social Media Content Specialist you ll be at the heart of our client s digital strategy crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences across various platforms. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy allowing you to showcase your video editing prowess particularly in shortform content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You ll collaborate closely with a passionate team managing community engagement and contributing to influencer and brand outreach efforts. This position is ideal for a social media enthusiast looking to make a significant impact in a fastpaced innovative media environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Create and edit engaging video content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Manage and grow online communities through active engagement and timely responses
- Collaborate on influencer brand and press outreach initiatives
- Maintain and optimize content calendars across multiple social media channels
- Track social media trends and analytics to inform content strategy
- Work closely with the team during business hours to ensure aligned messaging and timely execution
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management and content creation
- Exceptional video editing skills particularly for shortform content
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative fastpaced environment
- Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with an eye for visually compelling content
- Availability to work between 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
