Working remotely the Travel Concierge collaborates with clients to curate unique travel itineraries provide recommendations and strong problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized itineraries based on client preferences budgets and needs.
- Research destinations accommodation activities and dining options to provide informed recommendations.
- Manage sales and bookings for reservations.
- Provide realtime support handling adjustments and addressing issues.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of requirements and local regulations.
- Communicate professionally and promptly via phone email and chat.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Proven experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations industry trends and booking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
