Job Description
We are seeking a Delivery Executive to drive the delivery of projects that exceed client expectations and contribute to our business growth. This critical role requires a strategic approach to ensure project success and build strong client relationships. Additionally you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to maximize team productivity and project profitability. This role will be a Senior Director/Director based in our Japan office in Tokyo

- We build relationships with our clients top management (CEO CTO CIO COO) to acquire business opportunities
- Identify the key challenges impacting your industry and how they impact you. Recognize areas of competency for growth and areas for strengthening
- Act as a Delivery Executive for large accounts (100 employees/month) to develop and lead execution plans to capture business opportunities
- Adapt services/products/offerings to meet industry needs
- We execute contracts and deliver results according to your requirements
- Properly manage project changes and contract renewals
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess risk and financial position
- When problems arise we propose and implement rapid solutions
- Manage delivery operations and ensure adherence to standard delivery processes and quality controls
- Accelerate your project management skills and certification
- Develop and implement new services tools and methodology improvements
- Partner with the Head of Delivery to improve our organizational maturity
Requirements

- ISO9001
Required Skills:
- Project management experience (including managing large projects with teams of 50): 10 years
- Experience participating in system development projects: 5 years or more
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Problemsolving skills especially when dealing with potential issues with internal teams or customers.
- Japanese: Native English: Business level
Preferred:
- Experience with largescale development projects including medical devices communications devices and automobiles as well as product lifecycle management (e.g. Siemens etc.)
- Agile development delivery experience
- Knowledge of ISO9001
