Role Name: Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Schedule:
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with prospects to gather necessary information complete insurance applications and facilitate the process of obtaining quotes from multiple insurance providers. The ideal candidate will be familiar with commercial insurance and possess excellent communication and sales skills. They should be comfortable managing a pipeline of prospects ensuring timely followups and providing support to secure the sale. Our primary focus is on apartment buildings commercial buildings businesses and worker s compensation coverage.
Application Processing: Collect information from prospects and accurately complete insurance applications for Accord 125 126 and 140 forms.
Client Interaction: Communicate with potential clients via phone or email to gather required information and explain the application process. Maintain regular followup to ensure prospects move through the sales funnel.
Insurance Provider Coordination: Submit completed applications to insurance companies and obtain quotes. (No need to quote; simply facilitate the quote gathering process.)
Sales Support: Use communication skills to answer questions overcome objections and guide prospects towards completing the insurance purchase.
Documentation & Organization: Maintain an organized system for tracking leads applications and quotes. Follow up with clients and insurance companies as needed to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Specialization Knowledge: Stay informed about commercial insurance products including coverage for apartment buildings commercial buildings businesses and worker s compensation.
Internet & Communication Tools: Ensure a solid internet connection for communicating with prospects and insurance companies and handle digital documentation efficiently.
Experience with Commercial Insurance: Familiarity with commercial insurance particularly applications for Accord 125 126 and 140 forms.
Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent phone and email communication skills with the ability to effectively engage prospects understand their needs and guide them through the application process.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple prospects applications and followups simultaneously ensuring timely progress through the sales cycle.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in completing insurance applications and documenting client interactions.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in using digital tools email and online communication platforms. A reliable internet connection is essential.
SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and meet goals with minimal supervision.
Industry Knowledge: While formal industry certifications are not required familiarity with apartment building insurance commercial property insurance business coverage and worker s compensation is a plus.
