We are a fastgrowing contract furniture company that is looking for a Social Media Content Creator/Digital Media Strategist that will be responsible for planning creating scheduling and delivering multimedia content to our existing social media platforms newsletter subscribers blog and affiliate publishers/partners. This position will work directly with the Marketing and Graphics department to create business specific and industry related content. Your goal will be to enhance and expand our social media presence build newsletter and blog subscribers and grow our affiliate marketing base. This person must be selfmotivated and creative to join our team. This person must have strong writing skills and a understanding of social media platforms with best practices.

- Conduct SEO research and apply best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media channels.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences including product descriptions blog posts and promotional materials.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Sign new affiliate markers through CJ Associates.
- Compose articles for our Blog.
- Email and Social Media Marketing.
Duties
- Develop digital media content. This includes still images captions and shortform video content which focus on predetermined marketing campaigns product spotlights industry trends as well as promotional events such as holiday sales and discounts (as well as other topics);
- Create schedule and deliver monthly digital newsletter campaigns utilizing our CRM;
- Outline compose and deliver a monthly blog article on a predetermined topic to be published on our website. These must be written without the aid of AI and consist of 500 to 750 per article;
- Identify recruit and communicate with new and existing affiliate publishers and partners to help build upon our affiliate network;
- Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reports demonstrating the effectiveness of your work and strategies to refine and improve our digital media presence.

Obviously familiarity with best practices of the most popular social media platforms is a must. Most importantly you MUST be able to outline and compose blog and advertising copy without the aid of AI. You must be well versed in the AP Style of composition and a collegiatelevel understanding of the rules of grammar and punctuation and the ability to cite your work.
