Job Description
As a Food Runner youll play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders in a timely and professional manner. Youll work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure that food is delivered accurately hot and presented beautifully. If youre someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys working as part of a team this is the perfect job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete before delivery
- Provide exceptional service to guests by anticipating their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff waitstaff and management
- Help with the clearing of tables and resetting for new guests as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented attitude
- Must be able to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- A positive friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Flexible availability able to work evenings weekends and holidays
