Job Description

Remote Opportunity: Aftermarket Sales Manager Automotive Sector

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the automotive aftermarket sector Join a rapidly expanding global company specializing in air filters for automotive heavy truck offhighway and residential/industrial HVAC markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow product sales in the aftermarket segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities maintaining an active pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail distributor wholesaler and autoservice chain customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to drive recommendations for growth.
  • Collaborate with global teams from product development through to production.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and competitive offerings to maximize revenue.
  • Assist in sourcing and procuring samples for R&D and creating product catalogs.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to secure profitable new business.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in automotive service parts with a preference for air filters (cabin or engine). Experience with other service parts (e.g. spark plugs vehicle fluids brake pads windshield wiper blades etc.) is also welcome.
  • A strong network within the retail distributor wholesaler or autoservice chain customer base is essential.
  • Bachelors degree in Technical Marketing or Business disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the aftermarket market for engineering products.
  • Demonstrated success working with B2B buyers and managing B2B relationships.
  • Proactive resultsoriented selfstarter with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant tools.
