You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEstablish and maintain the project document management system to ensure that all project documents (including contracts drawings reports correspondence etc.) are properly classified numbered stored and archived for quick retrieval and reference.
Be responsible for the receipt registration and distribution of documents ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of document circulation. Track the processing progress of important documents and remind relevant personnel to reply and handle them on time.
Collect projectrelated information such as construction progress personnel attendance and material procurement status etc. and conduct sorting and analysis to provide accurate data support for the project manager and assist in making reasonable decisions.
Assist in preparing project weekly reports monthly reports and other regular reports summarizing project progress problems and solutions to ensure that information is timely and accurately conveyed to project team members and superiors.
Be responsible for the planning organization and arrangement of project meetings including determining the meeting agenda preparing meeting materials and sending meeting notices.
Record the meeting content write meeting minutes clarify meeting decisions action items and responsible persons track the implementation of meeting resolutions and provide timely feedback to relevant personnel.
As the liaison between the project team and other internal departments of the company (such as human resources finance procurement etc.) timely convey information coordinate resources and solve crossdepartmental issues involved in the project progress.
Keep in close contact with external suppliers and partners (such as material suppliers subcontractors design units etc.) communicate project requirements coordinate cooperation matters and maintain good cooperative relationships.
Bachelors degree or above.
1 2 years of work experience with an understanding of the construction industry and an interest in it.
Proficient in the operation of office software (such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) with strong document processing and data statistical analysis capabilities.
Possess certain organizational coordination and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with personnel at different levels.
Have a strong learning ability and be able to quickly master the basic knowledge and work processes related to construction projects.
