Job Description
Job Descriptions:
1Assist in the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects including but not limited to preparing design deliverables authorities submissions and tender documentation.
2Support project delivery by preparing comprehensive reports statutory submissions and engaging presentations.
3Supervise site works and attend project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
4Prepare detailed drawings and address technical matters related to MEP systems.
Job Specifications:
1Degree holder in Electrical Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in related disciplines.
2Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese preferred.
3Strong knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD software.
4Familiarity with BIM software is an advantage.
5Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
