Position: Creative Team Leader Art
Experience: 68 Years
Location: Mumbai
Position Type: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the art team to develop visually stunning and innovative digital designs across platforms such as websites social media and digital ads.
- Drive the creative process from concept to execution ensuring the highest standards of design and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters creative directors and marketing teams to craft integrated digital campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior designers providing feedback and fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Ensure that all designs are optimized for various digital platforms focusing on user experience functionality and visual appeal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Advertising or a related field.
- 68 years of experience in art direction and digital design with a focus on leading teams in a fastpaced agency environment.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print designs with strong leadership and creative vision.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and familiarity with digital design principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
Skills:
- Primary: Leadership art direction digital design expertise creative concept development team management strong visual storytelling.
- Secondary: Experience with motion graphics animation video editing CMS familiarity SEO and digital marketing knowledge proficiency in social media content strategies.
