Job Description
Position: Team Leader – Gold Loan
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Gwalior
CTC: Up to 5.30 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of loan officers ensuring target achievement for gold loans.
- Oversee daytoday operations providing guidance and training to the team.
- Drive the team to achieve business goals including sales targets customer satisfaction and collection efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines in loan processes.
- Monitor the team’s performance and generate reports for upper management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and share best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar role within the financial services industry preferably in Gold Loans.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of gold loan products and the financial landscape.
- Sales Orientation: Ability to drive and meet targets.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gwalior.
