KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Conduct market research to identify potential land sites for rental or purchase.
Evaluate the suitability of identified sites based on project requirements zoning regulations and environmental considerations.
Negotiate terms and conditions for land rental or purchase agreement.
Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure that agreements align with organizational goals and comply with legal standards.
Facilitate due diligence processes to assess the legal environmental and technical aspects of potential land acquisition.
Work closely with surveyors environmental consultants and legal experts to gather necessary information.
Liaise with local government authorities to understand and navigate regulatory requirements.
Obtain necessary approvals permits and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from District Magistrate and other relevant authorities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with landowners local communities and government officials.
Address concerns and inquiries from stakeholders related to land acquisition activities.
Collaborate with finance teams to conduct financial analysis related to land acquisition including budgeting and cost projections.
Ensure that land acquisition activities align with the organization;s financial goals.
