Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) Mechanical (or) Equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical parts of electric vehicle charging Solutions.
Perform renders and design UI for the product by discussing with customers and various CFT teams.
Responsible for mechanical and/or structural systems level architecture design prototyping tooling and implementation for new products.
Closely work with hardware and embedded design teams for all subsystem components tolerance stack up analysis GD&T harness design user interface indication panel mounting... etc for the product.
Perform design validation on subsystems/product during prototype development stage.
Perform Mechanical Tests (Drop test Vibration test etc) and support for Environmental tests (IP Protection Humidity etc) of the product.
Participate in FMEA and risk assessment activities.
Lead and manage mechanical design verification activities.
Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers and manufacturing
Work with a multidisciplinary engineering development team that includes application engineering controls engineering electrical design control hardware design and test / validation.
Work with supply chain teams and qualify components and assemblies during prototype development and resolve issues as needed to maintain product and project quality cost and deliverables.
