Job Description
Were excited for you to join our worldclass Antitrustpractice that tackles the largest most complex and most highprofile antitrust merger investigations and does so with an unmatched record of success.
Our practice includes complex deals involving marketleading companies in many of the most competitive sectors including technology life sciences medical energy financial services transportation and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry.
If youre interested in joining our team were looking for attorneys with at least 16 years of experience with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys. Experience in the tech and life sciences sector is preferred but not required. Superior academic credentials and strong verbal written and interpersonal skills are required.
The position can be based in New Yorkor Washington DC. We operate a hybrid work schedule with our team expected to be in the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays) but you must be flexible to potentially come in more frequently when required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $225000 $390000 based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
