Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Family Law Attorney at our San Diego office. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law preparing motions conducting depositions and providing legal counsel to clients on family law matters.
Qualifications
- Law and Family Law expertise
- Experience in handling legal issues and preparing motions
- Proficiency in conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Previous experience in litigation family law practice is a plus
