Job Description
Job Summary:
1. The candidate must have 20 years of experience in industrial projects particularly in the design of RCC Steel structure PreEngineered Building works and General Civil Works.
2. They should be familiar with 3D platforms like Sp3D Revit 3D and Civil 3D.
3. They must hold a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering.
4. Core technical strengths should include the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures pipe racks and supports all types of foundations and flat slabs.
5. The candidate should be capable of dynamic analysis for earthquake load wind load and machine foundation design for dynamic loads.
6. They should be able to prepare BOQs tender documents design basis technical specifications and technical bid analysis.
7. The role involves mentoring and training resources engaging in engineering management activities and representing the company in clientfacing and critical meetings.
8. The candidate must be able to monitor and control project schedules and productivity.
9. They should be responsible for team performance and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
10. They will be expected to prepare scope of work and work efforts estimations.
11. They should contribute to a culture of excellence and quality work provide feedback and coaching to team members and support internal learning and development.
12. Software competencies include STAAD Pro ETAB RCDC SAFE Idea Statica RAM Connections and familiarity with 3D platforms such as Sp3D Civil 3D Revit and AutoCAD.
13. The candidate must have strong English written and verbal skills and be comfortable interacting in a global environment.
