Job Description
Salary: $ 157500.00
We have partnered with a nonprofit organization in the Amarillo TX area to provide them with an Executive Director. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Executive Director:
#1. Masters degree in human service.
#2. Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrators license within one year of employment.
#3. Minimum 10 years in upperlevel management within a related field with strong experience in residential childcare program design multilayered staff supervision and budget management.
#4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking community relations and time management skills.
Requirements of the Executive Director:
- Masters degree in a human services field is preferred.
- Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrators license within one year of employment.
- Minimum 10 years in upperlevel management within a related field with strong experience in residential childcare program design multilayered staff supervision and budget management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong public speaking community relations and time management skills.
- Ability to perform bending lifting grasping fine handeye coordination and prolonged sitting/standing.
- Valid Texas drivers license and availability for travel as required.

- 100% work onsite
