Roles and responsibilities
1. Team Supervision and Leadership:
- Manage Sales Team: Supervise a team of salespeople in the electrical appliances department, ensuring that they are motivated, well-trained, and providing high-quality customer service.
- Task Delegation: Assign specific tasks to team members based on priorities (e.g., assisting customers, restocking shelves, setting up displays, handling inventory), ensuring optimal coverage on the sales floor.
