I m the direct recruiter for a promotable customer/carrier relations Logistics Coordinator with a 40year growing dynamic omnichannel supply chain company!
$45K or MORE salary paid benefits 401K/match growth
1st shift no weekends
Dublin OH location
As Logistics Coordinator with Legacy Supply Chain () you ll help our customers move goods costeffectively achieving ambitious revenue growth objectives negotiating on the phone building relationships with customers & carriers. With the right attitude performance & provided training advance to a Carrier Development Coordinator and/or Account Manager!
HIGHLIGHTS
Schedule/book shipments to meet transit times
Dispatching carriers
Track/trace shipments providing timely customer updates
Resolve shipment problems to minimize delays
Monitor/follow up on transit costs incurred to minimize order costs
Problem solver and business partner building customer rapport & carrier relationships
Maintain accurate/timely database/billing entries shared files & SOP s
Contributing to healthy working atmosphere where teamwork communication strong focus on LEGACY culture/values are expected
REQUIREMENTS
Highschool diploma/equivalent (degree a PLUS) & relevant experience including:
Transportation industry knowledge/experience
Intermodal/road transport and/or brokerage environment preferred
Insatiable curiosity always willing to learn and grow with the company into progressive roles/responsibilities
Microsoft Office
