Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process providing information about the institutions programs and assisting with application procedures. The Admission Counselor will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with high schools community colleges and other organizations to promote the institution and recruit potential students.
Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through the admission process
- Provide information about the institutions programs and offerings
- Assist students with application procedures and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools community colleges and other organizations
- Promote the institution and recruit potential students
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field
- 45 years of experience in admissions counseling or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational programs and admission processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
Quick to action, positive and goal oriented Fluent in spoken and written communication in English & Tamil . Fluency in other languages would be an added advantage Conversant in using MS Office tools Should have had 2 - 6 years experience in B2B Sales in Ed Tech industry
Education
A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Social Science or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
