RavenPack is seeking a senior engineering manager to build and lead a team of React Native Developers. As a Mobile Development Manager you will be responsible for the standards and processes needed to bring highquality native applications to market. Your primary role will be to deliver a professional userfriendly app for Android and iOS that provides a seamless and engaging experience for our users.

The next RavenPacker will have

• Experience hiring and managing a team of top frontend developers using React Native.

• Experience delivering apps on both iOS and Android including experience managing the various app store policies.

• Enjoy collaborating with designers and backend developers to realize compelling user experiences.

• Technical expertise to guide the team through bugs and issues as they arise contributing to the overall reliability of the application.

• The ability to set standards and evaluate clean welldocumented and maintainable code.

• A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technologies such as TypeScript Next.js & Node.js.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.

• Experience with the AWS ecosystem.

• Experience with libraries and tools such as MUI Tanstack NX & Vite.

• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• A passion for creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.
