This rolerequires a dynamic leader who can inspire performance ensure operationalexcellence and manage team activities remotely with minimal travel.
The ideal candidateis a proactive problem solver who excels at using digital tools to monitor andenhance team productivity. This person will play a critical role in ensuringseamless execution of instore activities event promotions and data collectionall while fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented teamenvironment.
Location: Must be local to the Orlando OR Fort Lauderdale Florida area. (Primarily remote work travel to Fort Lauderdale office as needed).
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Business Administration preferred but not required.
Fluent in English bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Efficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Smartphone utilization.
Proven proficiency in remote team management and communication.
Expertise in data collection methodologies and analysis.
Deep understanding of merchandising principles.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Adept problemsolving abilities.
Experience in remote project management.
Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
Leadership capabilities to guide and coach remote team members.
Familiarity with the industry or market segment.
Flexibility in accommodating varying client needs and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Inspire guide and manage field representatives by providing robust training efficient scheduling and constructive performance evaluations to ensure smooth and effective execution of tasks.
2. Data Collection Management: Oversee the accuracy completeness and timeliness of data collection efforts ensuring all activities align with client objectives and maintain strict data integrity.
3. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to create impactful strategies that elevate product visibility sales and fuel market share expansion.
4. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce standards to ensure high data quality while adhering to guidelines and brand expectations.
5. DataDriven Insights: Analyze collected data to identify trends uncover opportunities and provide actionable insights for refining approaches.
6. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for client interactions delivering regular updates on field performance and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
