Job Description Are you a driven and passionate litigator ready to represent seriously injured individuals and seek justice on their behalf Join a dynamic personal injury litigation and trial practice where you will work alongside one of Californias top trial attorneys and an experienced legal team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a caseload litigate cases participate in depositions and mediations and gain trial experience in a collaborative and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of 3040 personal injury cases acting as lead attorney from filing through trial.
- Develop case strategies and legal theories to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Draft and prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions including those of plaintiffs defendants and expert witnesses.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation efforts.
- Act as second chair in trials supporting and learning from an experienced trial lawyer.
- Maintain regular client communication to provide updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Oversee and direct support staff including paralegals to ensure effective case management.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation (trial experience highly desired).
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and resolve highvalue cases effectively.
- Strong legal research analytical and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A clientfocused approach with strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

Schedule:
- Fulltime 8hour shifts.
- Weekends as needed.
