Job Description
Location: Burbank CA(Need Local)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: $30 $45 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Litigation Department.

Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints and legal documents.
- Respond to and propound discovery requests.
- Prepare and object to subpoenas.
- Handle expert discovery.
- Assist in deposition preparation.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Paralegal certification (preferred).
- Litigation experience:
- 2 years of experience propounding and responding to discovery.
- 1 year(s) of experience with expert discovery and trial preparation.
- 2 years of experience in personal injury law (Plaintiff or Defense).
- Strong knowledge of statutory deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and detailoriented skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team leader and team player.
Schedule:
- 8hour shifts
- Flexible hours (Monday to Friday)
- No nights or weekends
- 40 hours per week
Required Experience:
- Propounding discovery: 1 year
- Personal injury law: 1 year
- Discovery responses and objections: 1 year
