Job Description
Hiring Recruiter (Remote)
Start: 1/1/2025
Duration:13 weeks
Shift Times: Remote/Days/8:00AM 4:30PM/40 hours guaranteed
Pay: $20/hour 22/hour
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience REQUIRED
- 2 years high volume (2030/month) healthcare recruiting experience REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience for a variety of different roles REQUIRED
- Experience providing a high level of customer service with a proven ability to partner with business leaders REQUIRED
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of team REQUIRED
- Proficient in Microsoft and other software applications including internet and technologybased recruiting solutions REQUIRED
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and can respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public REQUIRED
