Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a BDR Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs BDR leadership and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures.
- Effectively articulate and communicate decisions including when to decline compensation requests that do not meet criteria.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales operations or analytical role preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and making tough decisions when necessary.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to problemsolving and process optimization.
