Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Estimator in Fresno CA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for analyzing construction documents specifications proposals and other documentation to prepare time cost and labor estimates for projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive bids as well as reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the overall project scope and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in estimating software and tools
- Knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team of talented individuals
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Team leader supervising the estimating department
