Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Qualified Pastry Chef with at least 5 years experience
- High level of organisation skills
- Trade qualifications & strong technical knowledge
- Recent experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Demonstrated experience in a bakery a la carte setting producing plated deserts
- Commitment to 5star quality and standards
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience leading a pastry team
- Available for 6 months full time fixed term contract January June 2025
