Job Description
Qualifications :
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently following the hotels procedures.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel available services and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries related to hotel services local amenities and events.
- Provide concierge services including booking reservations arranging transportation and recommending local activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with the front office and management team.
- Record guest feedback and report any service issues to the Guest Relations Manager.
- Maintain accurate guest records including personal information and billing details.
- Process payments issue receipts and manage cash transactions.
- Handle room assignments and manage the allocation of VIP amenities.
- Promote a positive image of the hotel and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay informed about hotel promotions events and policies.
- Assist with the organization of special events and functions.
