The firm assists local business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving their strategic goals through transactions while also catering to international investors and buyers seeking to invest or expand in our markets. Our client base spans key industries such as technology food and beverage logistics chemicals healthcare and business services.
As a Corporate Finance/M&A Associate you will have a unique opportunity to join a team that is shaping the future of financial markets. You are offered a job in a cozy office in Limassol from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks on the position:
- Identify assess and analyze M&A opportunities
- Build and review detailed financial models
- Prepare investor materials like pitch decks and Information Memoranda
- Perform indepth company and industry research
- Support the sourcing assessment and execution of deals
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- 1 year of experience Identify assess and analyze M&A opportunities
- Degree in finance or related field or CFA/ACA certification
- Skilled in financial modeling transaction procedures and valuation methods
- Experience with Bloomberg FactSet Thomson Capital IQ or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Greek 1
- English 1
