Job Description:
We are seeking a midlevel .NET developer to design develop and optimize backend applications. You will be responsible for system architecture code optimization and ensuring high performance working on both new features and legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient reusable and scalable backend services on existing solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of new features to improve on existing solutions.
- Understand db design requirements and relationships then update models as necessary
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing code for performance improvements.
- Integrate services with databases and thirdparty APIs.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure software quality through testing and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- 23 years of experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server MySQL).
- Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of ORM (e.g. Entity Framework) and LINQ.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git and Agile development.
Additional Details:
- Work Setup: REMOTE/WFH but candidates residing within Metro Manila are more desirable in case of an occasional onsite work setup Makati
- Shift: Dayshift 9 AM 5 PM
