Job Description
Marketing Manager
What Youll Do:
- Responsible for driving and achieving the companys marketing goals providing vision and strategic direction to enhance business growth and brand presence.
- Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies ensuring alignment with the companys growth objectives and market position.
- Collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product and executive leadership to synchronize marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Oversees endtoend marketing campaigns monitors performance and implements best practices to maximize results and return on investment.
- Champions innovative and customercentric marketing initiatives to enhance the companys competitive edge and relevance in the market.
- Establishes product pricing and competitor strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business digital marketing communications event management real estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading marketing strategies preferably in real estate and property sector in Cambodia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead motivate and inspire teams effectively.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of market trends customer insights and strategic marketing methodologies.
- Creative and independent thinks capable of leading marketing strategies in fastpased environment.
Other Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing ideally within the real estate industry and preferably in your 30s.
- Handson resultsdriven professional with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across different teams.
- High proficiency in English and Khmer. Chinese language is an added advantage
- High mobility with role based in Phnom Penh.
