Position: Senior UI UX Designer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI UX Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and creating userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces for our software products
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and InVision
Experience with user research and usability testing
Understanding of frontend development and ability to communicate with developers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
