Job Description
Marham Pakistans leading digital healthcare platform is on a mission to make healthcare accessible and userfriendly for millions. We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems thrives in collaborative crossfunctional teams and values iterative usercentered design processes.
At Marham we put the customer at the core of everything we do. As a Product Designer you ll play a vital role in shaping intuitive impactful and delightful experiences that address user pain points and improve lives.
Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend design process from user research and wireframes to highfidelity mockups and prototypes.
Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.
Use iterative approaches to solve problems rapidly prototyping and refining ideas based on user feedback and data.
Conduct user research usability testing and A/B experiments to inform and validate design decisions.
Create user flows wireframes and interaction designs that simplify complex user journeys.
Design mobilefirst responsive solutions that enhance usability across platforms.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key pain points and ideate solutions that improve the overall user experience.
Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Analyze the impact of design solutions on user behavior and business metrics using insights to iterate and optimize further.
Requirements
12 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or a related field.
Proven expertise in designing intuitive and delightful user experiences backed by a strong portfolio of projects.
Experience in iterative design processes including prototyping testing and refinement.
Strong collaboration skills with prior experience working in crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma Adobe XD or similar platforms.
Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Understanding of key metrics to assess the impact of design decisions and optimize solutions.
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.
A focus on solving customer problems and a deep empathy for user needs.
Knowledge of responsive and mobilefirst design principles.
