Job Description
Project Manager Fund and Portfolio Management Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Owners in devising strategic and tactical solutions with crossfunctional teams (Technology Operations Legal) to meet business objectives.
- Define project scope and collaborate with stakeholders on enhancing fund and portfolio management platforms.
- Conduct business analysis prepare user stories optimize workflows and recommend process improvements and system upgrades.
- Manage endtoend project tasks from feasibility studies to implementation support including UAT management.
- Evaluate project performance postimplementation and address production issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and monitor project strategy timeline and execution path.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Prepare project communication materials provide status updates and lead working groups.
- Manage stakeholder communications resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 58 years of project management experience preferably related to fund investment lifecycle and portfolio management solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in project management people management influencing and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand the big picture while being able to delve into technical details.
- Solutionoriented with an experimental and flexible mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of fund and portfolio management platforms is beneficial.
- Detailoriented hardworking deadlinedriven selfmotivated and proactive with a commitment to excellence.
