Compensation
Competitive base salary (up to 1.5M HKD per year) with a performancedriven bonus of up to 6 months cash compensation.

A wellestablished asset management firm specializing in investments across AI robotics SaaS and software solutions. With a strong focus on technologydriven growth the company is recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to fostering emerging industries. Operating across Asia it offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial platform for investment professionals.
The Team
The role will lead the firms China operations based in Guangzhou or Shenzhen offices. You will oversee a small team of 3 junior investment professionals focusing on their development and aligning the team with the companys growth objectives. This is a pivotal leadership role with an opportunity to build and shape the platform in China with a particular emphasis on launching and managing an RMB fund.
The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of China who will:
- Lead and grow the firms China platform representing the company in the region.
- Manage and develop the local investment team fostering a highperformance culture.
- Drive fundraising initiatives particularly for the RMB fund packaging and strategizing the funds unique value proposition.
- Originate and execute investments in AI robotics SaaS and software aligning with the firms sector strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with LPs and other stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability for the fund.
- Participate in events and partnerships to promote the platforms visibility and credibility in the China market.
Minimum Requirements
- Chinese nationality (required) with strong knowledge of the local investment landscape.
- Significant experience in growth equity private equity or venture capital (small to midsized funds preferred).
- Proven track record in fundraising and building relationships with institutional and highnetworth investors.
- Deep understanding of sector strategy particularly in technology investments (AI robotics SaaS software).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop a platform from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the fund and drive strategic initiatives.
- Leadership experience including team management and mentorship.
