The Opportunity
Were seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join one of our esteemed clients in their Los Angeles or Oakland CA office or their virtual office The Link. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation cases within the Technology Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. With a focus on delivering outstanding results for clients this position is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to take their career to the next level.

What Youll Do
Lead with Purpose: Oversee all phases of complex commercial litigation including investigations discovery pleadings depositions and mediations.
Analyze and Innovate: Argue motions and handle cases in both state and federal courts as well as administrative matters and arbitrations.
Collaborate for Success: Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing highstakes litigation.
Deliver Excellence: Apply your expertise to develop legal strategies and contribute to significant outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation including state and federal court proceedings. Experience with administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial.
Education: JD with excellent academic credentials.
Bar Admission: Active California bar license required.
Skills: Exceptional judgment superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Mindset: Proactive entrepreneurial and committed to community engagement and diversity.

Litigation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of litigation from discovery to motions and mediations.
Legal Drafting: Proficiency in preparing pleadings and other critical litigation documents.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional client management and team collaboration skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to articulate legal strategies and adapt to complex legal challenges.
