Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal / Closer
Location: Atlanta GA
Employment Type: Full Time

A small wellestablished commercial real estate law firm in the Central Perimeter area seeks a fulltime Paralegal/Closer to manage a high volume of closings for a busy transactional law practice. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities- Prepare sale and loan documents including settlement statements.
- Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
- Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
- Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and postclosing processes.
- Prepare title commitments proformas and title insurance policies.
- Education: Bachelors degree (4year degree required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer specifically in commercial real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Additional Skills: Deadlinedriven and able to handle a highpaced environment efficiently.
