Job Description
WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze design develop and implement new systems and applications to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements identify solutions and implement changes.
* Develop and maintain system documentation including user manuals and technical specifications.
* Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure adherence to standards and requirements.
* Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
* 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
* Strong understanding of system development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
* Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python Java SQL).
* Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server MySQL).
* Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
