Job Description
Responsible for daily monitoring of companys cash position cash processing and cash forecasting. Assists with managing companys merchant card operations. Interfaces with multiple properties for all cash needs.
- Performs scheduled reviews of Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds
- Performs daily processes to determine daily cash availability and needs including:
- Consolidation of daily cash reports by property
- Monitors incoming wires ACHs and deposits
- Monitors outgoing wires ACHs and cash orders
- Coordinates cash availability with each property
- Monitors timeliness of cash availability to ensure timely drawdown and funding to support operations and allow for timely debt paydown
- Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the related reports and any unusual items are investigated.
- Other daily duties as required to support daily cash management and treasury processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensures proper documentation of all daily activity is accurately retained and routed
- Performs scheduled reviews of account signers and electronic account access
- Assists in the administration of the merchant card program
- Assists with borrowing decisions as well as cash forecasting
- Works directly with property and corporate personnel to research and ensure resolution of treasury cash management banking and merchant card related issues and concerns
- Assists with project assignments related to cash management and treasury operations
- Provides general support to the Treasury Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Accounting or related area required.
- Two (2) years of finance or treasury experience preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
- Experience with General Ledger report writer preferred.
- Knowledge of standard accounting practices.
- Advanced skills in Excel Word PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with bank cash management systems.
- Attention to detail while working in a fastpaced environment.
- High degree of confidentiality and accountability.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications.
