Job Summary: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cyra Botanical Shisha Lounge you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in managing staff optimizing service efficiency and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Staff Supervision: Support in recruiting training and managing restaurant staff. Foster a positive work environment and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to guests addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets our high standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling restaurant expenses including labor costs and operational costs. Support in preparing reports and analyzing financial performance.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on implementing promotional activities and special events to drive business and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry preferably in a highend restaurant or lounge setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant management software pointofsale (POS) systems and inventory management practices.
- Education: Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as required.
