- Report to Cluster General Manager and is responsible for managing the hotels reactive proactive sales and marketing.
- Set and meet the objectives sales target and budgeted revenue
- Implement the hotels brand strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales and marketing process and focuses on building long term valued based customer relationships in corporate leisure and incentive markets that enable achievement of hotels top line revenue objectives
- Monitor and supervise the gathering of marketing statistics current markets trends and implement strategies according to statistical analysis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong guest service orientation
- Strong background in corporate & MICE markets and advantage
- Excellent social presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong business orientation in three aptitudes :
Diagnosis & analysis (Analytical mind conceptual skills good environment understanding);
Share his/her conviction (Driving force relational skills highly committed);
Strive for results (Success oriented data finder initiate / proactive.
