Are you a detailoriented and dynamic professional with a passion for event planning and hospitality The William Inglis Hotel is seeking a talented Conference and Events Assistant Operations Manager to help lead the coordination and delivery of extraordinary events in a luxury setting and provide support to a highperformance team.

In this vital role youll assist in overseeing the operations of conferences meetings weddings gala dinners and other special events. Youll work closely with the Conference and Events Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of all event details guaranteeing that every experience meets our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications :

Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel MGallery with

  • Experience in event management or hospitality with a background in supervisory or assistant manager roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Possesses a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Available to start in January 2025
