Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guestrooms and public areas.
- Set and achieve productivity and expenditure targets in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Recruit train and mentor housekeeping staff to build a motivated skilled and highperforming team.
- Manage rostering ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained and oversee the accurate completion of timesheets.
- Address guest complaints and ensure feedback is shared with the Front Office Manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies linens and guest amenities.
- Oversee laundering processes ensuring quality and timely return of linen and uniforms

Qualifications :
- 3 years of hotel industry experience with a strong focus on leadership and operational excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Opera Cloud would be highly beneficial.
- Skilled in coaching mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
- Proven track record in managing rosters controlling costs and meeting budget and performance targets.
- Culturally aware with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Flexible and available for a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.
