Job Description
Our client is a global logistics provider specializing in tailored solutions for various industries worldwide.
The Air Customs Import Specialist is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the smooth import of goods through seaports. This role involves coordinating with shipping lines customs authorities and other relevant parties to ensure timely and compliant clearance of imported shipments.
Job description
- Drafting import shipping documents.
- Coordinating and preparing data for the Netbay system.
- Printing and delivering delivery notes to customers.
- Accurately recording inbound shipment data.
- Preparing import documents such as bills of lading and customs clearance documents.
- Coordinating between customers suppliers and internal personnel.
- Verifying the accuracy of documents such as bills of lading FTA forms and customs clearance documents.
- Knowledge of logistics documents such as B/L D/O etc.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Need2 years experience in make draft entry.
- English in writing skills
- Experience in Air Import ONLY
- Being mature
- Being able to handle high workload and being flexible in working time in SatSun in case of workload
- Experience in global freight forwader is preferred
- Experience using Netbay
