Oversee and partake in development and update of training material including presentations user guides videos FAQs sample use cases and other relevant documentation as per project requirements.
Conduct superuser training and enduser training as per the project needs.
Conduct internal team onboarding training on the different solutions.
Maintain project and product library documentation.
Develop training reports.
Set implement and monitor training KPIs.
Liaise between client and internal teams.
Manage client expectations and establish a good working relationship.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
4 years experience in Project Management / Healthcare / Technology background
Knowledge of healthcare stakeholders and standards
Able to manage multiple competing priorities smoothly
Strong ability to work under pressure
Ability to write professional documentation relevant to project needs
Excellent oral communications and presentations skills
Strong familiarity with Healthcare setting
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint Excel & Word
