In accordance with the policies procedures and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. the Performance Marketing Manager is going to lead our media planning channel strategy and campaign optimization efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring that each business unit meets its goals through tailored marketing strategies effective budget management and datadriven decisions. The ideal candidate will be analytical strategic and resultsoriented with a strong grasp of digital marketing and advertising technologies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Planning & Channel Strategy
- Prepare media plan and projections based on agreed objectives and targets.
- Develop and execute tailored digital media strategies to align with the business objectives of each brand or outlet.
- Identify and optimize the most effective marketing channels for reaching target audiences across various business units.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust channel mix to improve ROI ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets.
- Prepare the ad request document detailing the copies and assets required per brand.
- Setup the ad accounts needed to facilitate the media campaign.
Ad Documentation Implementation & Optimization
- Set up and manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide detailed cost estimates and ensure adherence to planned budgets for all advertising activities.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance optimizing spend and strategy to maintain or exceed expected performance levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to produce highperforming ad creatives.
- Launch AB or multivariate testing as part of the optimization.
Data Collection Tracking & Reporting
- Establish comprehensive tracking systems to ensure that all relevant performance metrics are measured accurately.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
- Produce regular reports and updates for stakeholders ensuring they are informed about the performance of their campaigns.
- Suggest improvements based on datadriven insights to refine future campaigns and strategies.
- Setup automated reports (if needed)
QULAIFICATIONS- College degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or any related degrees
- With relative experience handling the same position.
- Highly technical/creative skills

- Deep understanding of Performance Marketing and the tools related to this: Google Analytics etc.
