Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment posting within the medical billing industry.
- Proficiency in medical billing software EOBs EFTs and ERA reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Post insurance payments adjustments and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Reconcile daily payment reports with bank deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments and EOBs/EOPs.
- Coordinate with AR and billing teams to address paymentrelated issues.
- Generate reports for payment trends reconciliation and account tracking.
