Your Role and Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Growth:
- Proactively connect with new and existing customers through phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
- Onboard and support small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow through optimized advertising solutions.
Sales Consultation:
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth transitions for qualified clients.
Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate advertising campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.
Technology Utilization:
- Use tools like MS Excel and Salesforce to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- At least 6 months of experience in sales customer service or a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel and Salesforce is a plus.
