Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions technical issues and general support.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
- Accurately document customer interactions and track progress in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Norwegian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- No prior experience required full training and support will be provided.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow in the company.
